Mental fitness can be defined as having the skills and practices to improve your state of emotional well-being to live your best life. It involves developing core psychological resources and becoming aware of how you think, behave, and feel.

When you’re physically not well, you know it — the symptoms come on and you know it’s time to get some sleep or go to the gym, but when you’re experiencing anxiety, depression or grief you don’t always know what to do. Our sessions help support and develop the behaviors so you can develop a positive mental state that exceeds “fine.”

What is Integrative Behavioral Coaching?

A huge hurdle for most people when beginning the journey towards a healthy mental & emotional state is actually setting aside the time to do the exercises and creating space to practice, especially when a go-go-go schedule often makes work bleed into life.

Integrative behavioral coaching is an approach to mental and emotional health that involves selecting techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to address a clients particular concern. Our approach is problem focused and solution oriented to give fast and effective results. By tailoring the session to the individual, we can produce the most significant and long lasting effects. Unlike some single school approaches, integrative behavioral coaching is not restricted to a particular methodology or school of thought. Instead, coaches draw on different techniques as they are needed to support the preferred behavior ( CBT, ACT, Somatic Experiencing, yoga, meditation, breathwork…etc). The goal of this is to improve the efficacy and efficiency of treatment and adapt it to the specific needs of each individual.

It is an approach to treatment that involves selecting techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to a client’s particular concern. It is problem focused and solution oriented to give fast and effective results. By tailoring the session to the individual, we produce the most significant and long lasting effects.

QUICK SESSION

( 30 MINUTES)

Need a quick fix? Randomly triggered during the day and you don’t know what to do? We say its hard to describe the temperature of the water if you are drowning - so let us help! Our 30 minutes sessions are great for anyone who has already been working with our integrative sessions and has an awareness around “whats wrong”, but needs help navigating the response. This session will offer guidance to reinforce a new behavior or perspective.

Schedule a 30 minute sessions to actively help you reprogram and adjust your “in the moment” response to one that is in alignment with your new goals. You will leave calm, collected and with the tools to conquer the rest of your day.
